Blizzard (Req Level 13): Your Hero creates a blizzard showering on area with ice shards for 3 seconds.
Time Warp (Req Level 9): Your Hero bends the laws of nature, causing time to slow down. 
Frost Nova (Req Level 7): Your Hero unleashes a flash of frost, freezing in place enemies in a large area. Affected enemies burn for an additional 50% weapon damage. Affected enemies take up to 30% more damage. Immolate: Your Hero ignites a large area dealing damage to all enemies standing in it. This has a maximum stack limit of 10 as of Version 1.2.11 Your Hero's attack speed is increased by 5% for 5 seconds. Affected enemies receive 5% more damage for 5 seconds. Each bolt has a chance to jump to another target, dealing 20% less damage. Arc Lightning (Req Level 12): Your Hero shocks his enemies with bolts of lightning. Arcane Bolts (Req Level 11): Your Hero fires a series of arcane bolts in a rapid succession. 
Frostbolt (Req Level 5): Your Hero launches a frost bolt which slows its target. Has a 25% chance to summon a meteor dealing 100% weapon damage. Affected enemies burn for 30% weapon damage. Fireball: Your Hero launches a fireball.
